Terms of Service

LifeScore is an educational and informational tool that lets you self-assess where you stand across eight areas of life relative to publicly reported population benchmarks. The free tier shows your archetype and a brief description of what it means. The paid tier ($4.99 one-time) unlocks your exact score and peer percentile, the 8-dimension breakdown, comparison cards showing where you are ahead and behind, plus a personalized 90-day action plan, calculations, sourced benchmarks, and conversation scripts.

LifeScore is not financial, legal, medical, tax, investment, or professional advice. Nothing on the site or in any report you receive creates an advisory, fiduciary, attorney-client, doctor-patient, or other professional relationship between you and LifeScore or its operators. Population benchmarks are estimates from publicly reported surveys; your individual situation may differ. Calculations are approximations based on inputs you provide and on general industry assumptions. Tool prices, interest rates, and program details change frequently and may not be current.

Always consult a qualified, licensed professional (Certified Financial Planner, attorney, doctor, certified public accountant, or licensed advisor) before making any financial, legal, medical, tax, or investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and the consequences of those decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction to use LifeScore.

The full report unlock is $4.99, charged once via Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment information directly; LifeScore never sees or stores your card details. After payment, your unlock is tied to the unique URL of your assessment result.

All sales are final. No refunds. The unlock delivers the entire digital product immediately upon payment. Because you receive full access right away, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. We may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in narrow cases such as a duplicate charge, a confirmed technical failure that prevented you from receiving access, or as required by applicable law. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change pricing at any time, but changes do not affect already-completed purchases.

Your assessment result is encoded into a unique URL. After unlocking the paid plan, that URL becomes your access link to the full report. Anyone with the URL can view your report. We are not responsible for unauthorized access if you share or post the URL publicly.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security or access controls.
• Scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract content from the site.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content from a paid report without our written permission.
• Use any content in a way that could mislead readers into thinking it's personalized professional advice.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to obtain a result.

All content on LifeScore — including the design, code, written content, calculations, methodology, and design — is owned by LifeScore or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view your own report and use the action plan for your own personal benefit. You may print or save your own report for personal reference. You may not redistribute it.

Population benchmarks cited in the report come from third-party surveys and public reports owned by their respective organizations (Federal Reserve, BLS, Pew, CDC, etc.).

The site uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Google Fonts. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We're not responsible for the actions or content of third parties.

LIFESCORE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFESCORE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR YOUR USE OF IT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF YOU NEVER PAID.

You agree to indemnify and hold LifeScore and its operators harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (e.g., a banner on the home page). Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
